Stuntwomen's Association of Motion Pictures

Professional Stuntwoman for Hire.

Most people don’t look at a rooftop and see a playground. Luci Romberg isn’t most people.

Born in Denver, Colorado, Luci built a career out of doing what seemed impossible. She’s a world-class freerunner, a Hollywood stuntwoman, and a total force in the world of stunts. Her journey blends elite athleticism with creative performance, and it’s earned her a spot on the short list of women who’ve helped push the stunt industry forward.

Before she ever stepped onto a film set, Luci was already dominating in gymnastics and freerunning competitions. She’s a USAG National All-Around Champion, an 11-time All-American in collegiate gymnastics, and a proud member of Team Tempest, the group that helped put parkour on the map in the U.S. That experience gave her a unique advantage when she broke into stunts—she wasn’t just tough, she was built for motion.

Luci’s work as a female stunt double has taken her to the top of the industry. She’s doubled Melissa McCarthy in Ghostbusters and Spy, and brought intensity and agility to action-heavy films like Transformers: Age of Extinction, and Divergent. You’ve probably also seen her work in Jason Bourne and Green Lantern, even if you didn’t know it was her.

Her skills have taken her from rooftops in Europe to wires in soundstages, and from stunt driving courses to tactical weapons training. She’s coordinated freerunning sequences for Conan O’Brien, performed motion capture for action-heavy video games, and doubled rising stars in films, commercials, and even theme park performances. As part of Pitch Perfect 3, she also brought stunts to a musical franchise not normally known for its action.

But Luci’s career isn’t just defined by the big moments—it’s the way she’s constantly blended creativity, safety, and discipline across every film set collaboration. She helped break ground as the first American female to compete on Ninja Warrior in Japan. She’s performed in live shows at Disneyland and Six Flags, and has delivered motivational talks at major acrobatics events.

Off-camera, she’s a proud member of the Stuntwomen’s Association of Motion Pictures, and one of the few working stunt performers to bring parkour coordination to mainstream media. Whether she’s flipping over railings or helping choreograph a high-speed foot chase, Luci’s fingerprints are all over the evolution of action film stunts.

Her style is fearless, but never reckless. Collaborators across the board—like Thom Williams, Scott Leva, and Mike Gunther—trust her to bring precision, intensity, and heart to every job. And that shows, whether she’s doubling for Abigail Breslin in Zombieland or running point as a freerunning coordinator.

From commercials and motion capture to feature films and parkour showcases, Luci Romberg is a rare mix of athlete, artist, and action expert. Her movement is a language. And the stunt world’s been listening for years.
